What We Bring To The Table:

A custom designed, multi level, wooden centerpiece altar that sets the stage for the memorial table with photos, candles and a private message drawer in the altar. This easy to set up, enduring altar can be used again and again over the years to create a special memorial space. It collapses easily and is portable.

A handmade paper plaque, 4” x 6”, with the name and birth and death dates of the deceased

Two beautifully arranged Garden Style floral or greens arrangements that go on each side of the altar

Two laminated paper altar mats

Three photos, enlarged and magnetized - one 8” x 10” and two 4” x 6” or 5” x 7”

Four glass votives with candles (3” tall)

Two custom designed magnetized display areas (Story Plates) for more photos and/or special words of meaning about your loved one

An area clearly set up for guests to write words of condolences or share a fond memory

Packets of seeds for guests to plant in loving memory

Price includes in-person discovery meeting, delivery and set up.

Beautiful, small, keepsake 2” x 2” x 2” ceramic urn. Fit into the altar drawer, on its side - $20.
(This urn only allows for a small amount of ashes to be kept.)
Important Details
A Life Celebration Feeling:
We cultivate a very natural, clean look and feel in our memorials, oftentimes adding, found in nature, elements. What you offer and what we add is a collaboration of layers and textures that tell a very special, one of a kind, story of a loved one's life. Each memorial altar table is uniquely designed to uplift, honor and celebrate a loved one’s memory.
Gathering Special Items:
We will also collect some special personal items that represent your loved one's life. We will collect these items on the day of the In Person Discovery Meeting and return them to you on the date we deliver and set up your custom memorial.
- Three to five favorite photographs
- Two favorite quotes, sayings or song lyrics (written words)
- Three small (fit in a shoe box) artifacts
At The Service Site:
What we will need from you at the service site is a designated “memorial table” (2’ by 4’ minimum). The table must be indoors. This memorial table will also need to be positioned against a wall. The table will be where your guests will gather, to honor your loved ones memory, maybe in the living room or the entryway. We can provide a table if you don’t have one in the size needed.
Cancellation Policy
We need 48-hours notice from delivery date time for cancellation in order to receive most of your deposit back. Minus a $125.00 processing fee and for services already rendered.
