Important Details
Delivery and Set Up
We always deliver and set up your custom memorial the day before the actual memorial service. This allows the family some private time with the memorial.
At this time we collect the final payment. You can pay by cash, check or credit card.
It is important to mention that we prefer to work with cremation situations because it allows more flexibility with time frames. You can find local cremation information on our resources page along with other helpful resources when planning a memorial service.
Cancellation Policy
We need 48-hours notice from delivery date time for cancellation in order to receive most of your deposit back. Minus a $125.00 processing fee and for services already rendered.
